For each subnet, the following addresses are predefined:

	198.32.6.subnet | 0.0.0.0	= network
				named
					(sitename)-net.scan.net
	198.32.6.subnet | 0.0.0.1	= primary router
				named
					(sitename).scan.net,
				i.e., for ISI:
					isi.scan.net
	198.32.6.subnet | 0.0.0.15 = subnet broadcast
