The Los Angeles Access Point (LAP) is located in the Los Angeles area, at USC/ISI (4676 Admiralty Way, Marina del Rey) and connects to MCI Worldcom's MAE-LA at 1 Wilshire in Los Angeles. The two sites are connected with an OC3 link.
