Celeste joined USC/Information Sciences Institute in 1987, and is currently the Operations Manager for the Los Nettos Regional Network, the Co-location Services Project and the Los Angeles Access Point (LAAP) Exchange. She also serves as the Project Leader for the CNOC project.
While at ISI, she has written and edited many documents, including co-authorship of RFC-1588 on Directory Services and RFC-2555.
Before her current association with USC/ISI's Computer Networks Division, Celeste worked in different industries including Education, Aerospace, Airline, Insurance, and Medical Services.
