A High Definition Collaboratory (UltraGrid)

Summary: The goal of the UltraGrid project is to enhance the state of the art in high quality, large scale, telepresence systems and to enable flexible and ad-hoc collaboration. UltraGrid builds on previous research in video teleconferencing (i.e. playout buffer adaptation, packet scheduling, error correction and concealment, application level framing, etc.) and recent advances in high quality video to create a modular video teleconferencing tool.
