Help and Guidelines
If you have problems downloading and are seeing "Access denied" or "Permission denied", please
make sure that you started your FTP client in a directory to which you have write permission.
If your FTP client crashes or hangs shortly after login please try using a dash (-) as the first
character of your password. This will turn off the informational messages that may be confusing
your FTP client.
Please keep in mind that all transfers and commands to and from this host are logged. If you
experience any problems using ftp, please report them via e-mail to action@isi.edu. |
