CORBA and C++

Hi,

I recomend that people read the first few pages of the Fresco Reference
Manual. As you know, Fresco is specified in IDL, and implementations cna
either be remote or local. I don't exactly know how they do this, but looks
like Mark Linton already figures out a way to do it, and we should do
soemthing similar.

Also, the Fresco ditribution has an IDL compiler that produces C++. THe
compiler has lots of directives to tailor the C++ you generate. I don't know
what these do, but they might address some of the concerns that JK had.
