We revised the manual formats, and the files are in the following places.
isi:~masterm/Manuals
manual-template.maker: empty framemaker file to dump the mif into.
presentation.maker: example manual for the presentation model.
At ISI the files are in /home/mm-proj/Manuals
Plase make sure that you use this template. At ISI we have versions of the
template floating around in many directories.
