Per Noi's request, I've added the ability to say:
is_like inherits_all;
in MRL when you want all attributes to inherit is_like without having to
type them all. Also, I've made a few updates to the file:
config/tmpl.in
(basically adding Make support for invoking mrl automatically, and added some
*clean* targets to get rid of intermediate forms that were lying around).
