This is a combination of important and frivolous issues.
We need a comment header to go at the top of all Mastermind files, to
specify the ownership and contact informat for the code.
The main issue is whether we are going to place our code in the PUBLIC
DOMAIN. If we do want to do that, I think we need to contact our respective
lawyers to get approval of the header.
Here is a proposed header, based on the one that Amulet is using for their
files (looks OK if you make the window wide enough).
