Maps from natural language location to relocation servers

Algorithm

  1. Relocating proxy requests move from geography server
  2. Geography server consults database to find a set of potential relocation servers
  3. Geography server contacts potential relocation servers to get resource routing metrics to decide best candidates
  4. Geography server contacts relocating proxy so that it can inform clients where to look for the new proxy when they arrive at the new location
  5. Geography server contacts best candidates so that they can begin transferring proxy state
  6. Relocation servers move the relocating proxy state
