How to add the LSproto to ns-2.1b5?

Hello,Friends:
     Recently I got the zipped source codes of LSproto written by Mingzhou Sun from Berkeley.I use the platform of Linux 5.2.I copied the files to my hard disk.And I modified the Makefile and Makefile.local files according to the INSTALL.txt.Then I run 'make'
,but it made errors.There are errors in the file 'ls.h'.I couldn't find the header files such as '#include <list>'in my hard disk.I don't know what to do now.
