I see the color re-assigning stuff in nam graph. 
The other issue is even with 2 flows (tcp and cbr), both flows look black.

Even worse, I've experienced "no objects in nam" today with other script. 
There are no objects (such as nodes and links), while its nam graph shows 
packets and acks. I also post this on the webpage.
