Hello,
I am a researcher in a small institute, I am trying to download the ns from your site but we have a very low bit rate access to the net which prevents me from doing it.
Is it possible to get the simulator on a Cd-rom or any other means ? if so, how much would it cost me ?
I will be very grateful if you help me to get the simulator, it will be very helpful  for my work
