[ns] MIP registration message?

Hi~ ns users...

I couldn't go 'cause of the following problem.
The problem is how to access the variables of mobile IP header. 

Specifically,

In the source code, mip-reg.cc,
how can I get the MipRegType, such as MIPT_REG_REQUEST, MIPT_REG_REPLY, MIPT_ADS, MIPT_SOL..., in hdr_mip(mobile IP header) from other class???

I would very appreciate any help...
