Dear all,

Now they are all out, together with ns-allinone-2.1b7. You can get them at
http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/dist/. Windows binaries are at
http://www.isi.edu/nsnam/dist/binary/.

They were tested on solaris 2.6, freebsd 4.1, netbsd 1.5a2. They should be
able to compile on windows but some validation suites did not pass.
