[ns] Effect of an arrival on ongoing TCP sessions

Hi,
	Can someone suggest the effect of starting a new TCP session on a
*single link* having already some, say n, TCP sessions active in any of
the following cases:
i. the new session has initial ssthresh set to a large (compared to
	pipe size) value, or,
ii. the new session has initial ssthresh set to half the pipe size.
