Dear NS developers,

Thank you for your production.
I am a win98 user and I have decided to install NS on it.
After going to its page(install on win98) and following
instruction:

1-downloading necessary component(5 components).
2-extracting them in netsim directory
3-downloading sample makefiles
4-substituating the ones for component with sample makefiles
5-executing vcvars32.bat
6-modifying necessary lines in each makefile.vc
but when I enter this command in dos:

D:\NetSim\Tcl\win>nmake /f makefile.vc

the response is this answer:

may I ask you to resolve this problem for me.
