Hi,
i should implement the "Express" multicast routing
protocol in NS for my thesis; 
reading  www.isi.edu/nsnam/ns/CHANGES.html i' ve found
out that in the next release of NS there will be a
quite different implementation of routing:

therefore it's vital for me to know WHEN the 2.1b8
release will be available; i wouldn't want to work
with OTCL and then have to move to C++ !!! 
Please...!
