[ns] TCP RTT estimation at the Base-station


Hi all,

  I am implementing an algorithm in ns and it also involves the RTT
estimation. A TCP session is between a fixed server and a mobile host,
via a Base-station (BS). Assume the BS can snoop the tcp data and ack
packets and record time stamp, how can I estimate the RTT for the entire
TCP path (from fixed server to mobile host) at the BS?

  Any suggestion would be helpful.
