[ns] correlated loss

Hi, Dear All:
	I wonder how I could  simulate correlated loss model in ns since
independent loss is not in the real network. 
	Another question is that in Centrilized Multicast, there is a
RP(Rendezvous Point ) , but how do I know which node( or agent) ns selects
as RP, since I wonder if its location will affect the performance anyway.
