[ns] Where is the offset being set in the BOB for hdr_cmn

Hi all,

   Could you please tell where the offset value is being set for a
hdr_cmn in a packet

while the HDR_CMN(p)   which implies   (hdr_cmn::access(p))  which
implies p->access(offset_)

does return the pointer to that object in the packet header I cannot see
where is the offset for that header being set in the BOB so that it gets
concatenated
