install the ns snapshot. you also need the new tclcl
basically tar xvfz snapshot.tar.gz
then in that snapshot directory type
export $X=/the/directory/where/you/have/allinone
./configure --tcl=$X/tclbox --tk=$X/tkbox --otcl=$X/otcl-1.0a6
--tclcl=$X/tclcl
and do a make
