if you have an all-in-one installation then the paths are different. the
right configer call might look like this:

./configure --with-tcl=$X/tcl8.3.2 --with-tk=$X/tk8.3.2
--with-otcl=$X/otcl-1.0a6 --with-tclcl=$X/tclcl-1.0b10

just to be correct and everyone can use it by cut'n paste.
