[ns] one direction traffic

I have a simple question,

modeling a 8 node token ring. 
2 src.(4,5) 
2 dst.(1,0)
i have tried and it goes in the shortest route.
ie. 4 -> 1, and 5 -> 0
is there a way to do this? 

1 - 2 - 3 - 4
|           |
0 - 7 - 6 - 5

is it possible to force a cbr/udp go around a ring topology in a particular direction? ie clockwise only.
