[ns] AODV not running

I am trying to run aodv from ns-2.1b8/tc/ex/wireless.tcl by replacing dsr-create-mobile-node with aodv-create-mobile-node.But on running the file, it gives an error :

invalid command name "aodv-create-mobile-node".

Even the NS-Doc says that it is a valid command name.
I am new to ns and dont know why I m getting this problem.

Can anybody tell me whats the problem and how to solve it.
