[ns] anyone can help me?

Hello Everyone:

  Currently, I am doing my final master project:'TCP extensions for wireless
network'. I am planning to do simulation experiments using 'ns'. But , I met
big problems:

  I have read 'ns tutorial' and some other materials. It is really valuable
for starting. However, I found that seldom TCP flavours for wireless network
is supported in ns. The experiments I wanna do are divided into:changing in
Link Layer(I wanna use 'Snoop protocol': �TCP smart � retransmission) and
changing in TCP layer (I wanna use Wired-cum-wireless simulation---special
protocol used in wireless network, and complex Indirect-TCP used in base
station which connects wireless and wired network). I found that ns doesn't
support Snoop protocol and Indirect-TCP. Could I ask for some suggestions
from you or maybe they have been implemented by anyone of you?

Could anyone help me?
