[ns] nse error

hi everybody,
   I want to use ns emulation to emulate our network envionment.This time I install ns-allinone-2.1b8 in Freebsd 4.1,but I got the follow error code
.....................
tclsh:No such file or directory
***Error code 1
Stop in /usr/ns-allinone-2.1b8/tcl8.3.2/unix
tcl8.3.2 make failed!Exiting
After I reinstall ns-allinone-2.1b7a in Freebsd4.1,there is some other error.
I'm puzzle whether the Freebsd 4.1 support ns fully.
Several days ago,I installed ns-allinone-2.1b7a in Redhat linux 7,ns make succeed while making nse is wrong.

I haven't found related documents in ns manual,and the same result got in ns maillist.I don't know whether you are using nse in Freebsd or in Linux,if you are doing it ,or did it ever,please give me a hand.
I am forward to any contents on this.
