[ns] Compilation Error in Rsvp code

Hi,
I got an RSVP code for ns-2.1b6 and tried to use for
my ns which is ns-2.1b7a. I made all the necessary
changes as given in the file README.Config. When I
tried to compile it with make, the compilation of
rsvp.cc gave the following error:
variable 'off_cmn_' undeclared in line 477 of rsvp.cc
in method 'void RSVPAgent::give(.....)'

Can anyone help me out of this problem?
