[ns] Error compiling ns-2.1b8a

Hi,

After having compiled static versions of Tcl/Tk (80p2), otcl-1.0a7 and
tclcl-1.0b11 successfully in Windows 2000, I experienced the following error
compiling ns-2.1b8a:
