The following is what I think that you can use to
create your node, but I didn't really try it though.
You might want to check against ns-lib.tcl to see if
it covers everything.

 set node [new Node/Broadcast]
 $ns_ set Node_([$node id]) $node
 $ns_  add-node $node [$node id]
