[ns] ad-hockey displaying last node in the top-left corner

Hi all,
This is odd. I am running the latest version of the ad-hockey (from the 
CMU site) and when I load
up mobility and traffic patterns (generated with setdest and cbrgen.tcl) 
I always get the last node
in the top left corner which does not move and does not contain any 
waypoint, although the scenario
file instructs the node to start from some random position and head 
towards a few destinations.
Another observation is that ad-hockey seems to number the nodes indexed 
from 1, instead of 0
which i think is what ns-2 defaults to.

Any thoughts on this one?
