[ns] X-mailer: FoxMail 3.0 beta 2 [cn]

Hi all,

 I tried to install ns-2.1b8.  The problem is listed as follow when compiling the tcl8.3.2 using nmake

NMAKE : fatal error U1073: don't know how to make '.\Release\panic.obj'
Stop.

I am not sure about this ? Can anyone please tell
me if I am correct or not.
