Hi,
   In wireless-phy.cc, you can see variable Pt_ is associated with the
transmission range of node.
   The default value is set in <ns>/tcl/lib/ns-default.tcl, which is
0.28183815, corresponding to Lucent WaveLAN 250 meter transmission range.
