[ns] basic installation questions

hi,

will i get the latest and greatest of the CMU Monarch
wireless extensions to ns if i am to simply and solely
download the newest allinone version from the main ns
download page?  or do i need to download ns and then
the extensions separately? 

does ad-hockey come with the newest allinone ns or do
i need to dload separately?

also, is anybody aware of other wireless extensions
besides those from CMU?  if so, what are some URLs and
have they been included in the newest version of ns?
