What is a good way to dynamically measure the amount of flow that is passing 
over a link?  Would I use the link deque_ or the destination node enque_?  
If so, how do I find the number of packets that are being sent across and 
the size of each packet.  I need to know the total proportion of a link's 
Mbs that are being used up for a given period of time.
