[ns] CallFrame problem with OTcl Compilation.

I am a new user of NS-2.
I have downloaded the ns-2 package in peices.

I have tcl-8.3.1 and tk-8.3.1 already installed on
my machine.

I am trying to compline OTcl (otcl-1.0a7)[ I am new
to tcl/tk as well], on Solaris 2.6 platform.

And I am getting compilation errors as below.

rm -f libotcl.a otcl.o
cc -c -g -DNDEBUG -DUSE_SHM -I.
-I/usr/local/packages/tk/tk-8.3.1/include 
-I/usr/local/packages/tcl/tcl8.3.1/include -I/include 
otcl.c
"otcl.c", line 73: syntax error before or at:
CallFrame
"otcl.c", line 73: cannot recover from previous errors
cc: acomp failed for otcl.c
make: *** [libotcl.a] Error 2

Could anyone please throw some light on this.
