[ns] LinkDelay *link_ in RED

Dear NS users:
I made a queue management algorithm modified from RED. But the value of 
link_->bandwidth() was not correctly responsed the real bandwidth value of the 
link (in RED, it got the real value). Do I need to modify or add some code in 
other places of NS2? Thanks, I appreciate.
