[ns] ERROR Problems otcl

hi.
My problem is the following:  
I discharge tcl8.3.2/tk8.3.2/otcl-1.0a7/tclcl...   
When trying to compile the otcl-1.0a7 on Windows 98 with the M.Visual 
C++ 5.0 this  gave the following error:
