[ns] packet buffering

Hi ns users,

I am simulating a buffering scheme, which needs to buffer the incoming 
packets for a short period at a node and forwards the buffered packets 
later. I have tried to use the Queue provided by ns-2, but it only can be 
controlled at the beginning of the simulation, i.e., I can not issue 
queueing or dequeueing command during the simulations. Is there any one can 
give me some advice ? Thank you!
