[ns] ns command not working

Hi,
  I can't figure this out.I had downloaded ns version 7 (allinone)
successfully and it was working fine for sometime.Today it gives me this
when I tried to run a program in bin called ex1.tcl:

procyon.michelle: ns ex1.tcl
ns: Command not found

I set the path correctly.Did I accidentally change something that I was
not supposed to? Help!
