Hi,
   I want to change some parameters in the existing routing 
protocols (ex.dsr). But I am not the root of the system, so
there comes a message "permission denied". The file I want 
modify is 
   ./ns-2.1b6/dsr/mobicache.cc

   What should I do in a proper way when I modify a existing
protocol? Because it may be called by some other programs, 
what should I do or be careful?
