[ns] Problem with example3.tcl

Dear all, I'm trying to run the example3.tcl from Marc Gries tutorial but I 
'm getting the following errors. I used exactly the same code from that 
example but I donno y, it's not running. The errors that I'm getting are :

I think there is some problem with the loop. 'cos while trying this example 
it's giving some probs whenever I use the for loop for the topology. Someone 
who know this, Pls help me. Thanx.
