Pedagogical Games is a two-semester curriculum designed to facilitate the learning of standards-based content in secondary school
students through game development practices. The curriculum addresses the educational needs of at-risk high school students in underperfomring
schools in the Los Angeles Unified School District. The University of Southern California is collaborating with LEMA High School to help develop
a new computer game-making course for LEMA students. The project is being funded by the U.S. National Science Foundation. One of NSF's mission
is to promote STEM education.
