| Abstract | We experimentally demonstrate a tunable and reconfigurable optical tapped-delay-line using conversion/dispersion based delays with optical multicasting/multiplexing. >50% and 200% improvement of dispersion tolerance are observed for DQPSK and DPSK signals, respectively. |
