Worked closely with the VSoE Engineering Faculty Council (EFC) to draft proposed bylaws to enable NTT faculty to participate in the EFC as voting members

Dec 2011 EFC approved a motion to include NTT members (this vote has no real meaning, though)
- May 2012 VSoE T/TT faculty did not approve the proposed EFC bylaws update that would have enabled NTT voting participation

- Participated on the NTT committee's subgroup on NTT sabbatical leave
- Participated on the NTT's development of its report on "exemplary written criteria and practices"
- Raised awareness of the NTT exclusion from the VSoE throughout the VSoE

- Continuing to monitor EFC voting representation for NTT faculty
- Continuing to work with the NTT committee's subgroup on NTT sabbatical leave
