Reading list for PILC/Orlando?

I've been looking at a couple of the other BOF/WG agendas, and wondering
what a "suggested reading list" for the PILC BOF might look like?

My suggestions so far would be:

(as "best of breed" examples of the kinds of things we should be thinking
about for all TCPs)
