The paper that Venkat refers to ("Multi-layer Tracing of TCP over a
Reliable Wireless Link") can be found at

Another paper ("Link Layer Enhancements for TCP/IP over GSM") that deals
with the TCP vs. UDP issue that was just raised on this list can also be
found there.
I would greatly appreciate any feedback on those papers.
