I couldn't agree with Phil more. Gab and I took a first cut at doing what
Phil suggests in our PILC I-D for Orlando
(http://www.ietf.cnri.reston.va.us/internet-drafts/draft-montenegro-pilc-ltn
-00.txt). We welcome the thoughts and guidance of the PILC community in
cataloging additional mitigations in each of the areas Phil listed below.
