The SERC has key facilities on both USC Main Campus and the Marina Tech Campus in Marina del Rey.
Assembly Integration and Test Facility (AI&T):
Our new AI&T facility consists of over 1000 sqft of dedicated space that houses mechanical and electrical integration and assembly benches and test equipment, along with a Class 100k clean tent for assembly of final spacecraft or satellite products. There is a 3D Printer for ABS plastic full scale parts up to 15", electronic board level microscope for high quality assembly and assurance, resonating high fidelity soldering station, and complete electrostatic free flooring for a static free environment for satellite assembly and test.
