Working memory
==============
Working memory contains all of the temporary knowledge available for cueing
the retrieval of long-term knowledge from production memory and initiating
actions in the external environment. Working memory is organized into
{objects}, each of which has a unique symbol called its *identifier*. An
object consists of a set of *augmentations* and *preferences* for those
augmentations. Augmentations and *acceptable preferences* for context
augmentations are *working memory elements*, because they are in working
memory and can be matched by productions.
